Holiday wishlists fulfilled for 300 foster children

Each and every year, Carrying Hope is blown away and absolutely humbled and inspired by the generosity of our Hope for the Holidays sponsors, and this year was no exception! This past week, because of you, we were able to fulfill the holiday wishlists of nearly 300 children spending the season in foster homes throughout Texas — ensuring that these deserving kids get showered with the perfect gifts that make their holiday wishes and dreams come true. From a shiny Spider Man ride-on toy and a brand new acoustic guitar to a specially-requested laminator and a Frozen-themed bicycle, our volunteers went above and beyond hand-picking special items they knew would brighten the holidays for these kids. We remain so grateful to everyone who partnered with us to provide hope and light to foster children and families this year — you all define the meaning of “season of giving!”
