Hope For the Holidays
From the twinkling lights that set entire streets aglow to the nostalgic holiday tunes that fill grocery and department stores, there’s no season quite as magical as the holidays. But for youth in the foster care system who are residing in local shelters and residential treatment centers and spending the holidays without families, this time of year can be dark and lonely.

If you would like to join us in spreading some extra hope and joy during the holiday season, please consider sponsoring gift cards and holiday celebrations for one or more of these deserving kids. Your kindness and generosity will ensure that these kids do not get overlooked, and we are so very grateful for the joy you will be bringing them during a time of year that is joyous for so many of us. Gift Cards for Foster Youth
This year, Carrying Hope is providing $50 gift cards as well as special holiday-themed outings, celebrations and meals to more than 50 foster youth, teens and young adults aging out of the system who are residing at three different Austin-area RTCs and shelters.
