Hair + Hope Request Form

Thank you for contacting Carrying Hope’s Hair + Hope Program. We fund styles up to $350 once per quarter for youth with active Texas DFPS cases in Travis County. Carrying Hope is also able to fund a limited number of styles for youth with non-Travis County cases per month on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like assistance with scheduling and paying for a style for a youth in foster care, please fill out this form and we will be in contact with you soon:
